'Fuji' Apple from Yamanashi, Japan

There are several kinds of apple, but I think 'Fuji' is one of the best apple felines(?) all over the world. 'Fuji' apple is famous for huge sized apple, and most of them has nice natural cyrup in it. It makes it especially sweet, as sweet as white wine kind of like,,,Fuji can be produced in Aomori mainly, but I tried the one from Yamanashi.




I sliced it and served it with some slices of pear, for myself. :)


When you have a chance to come to Japan, please try 'Fuji apple', esp. at this season. Oct-March, It certainly would attempt to make you imagine, if Eve had tried this Fuji Apple, which happened to be as sweet as this, what would have happened to them??? It will make you feel like, it's so wonderful to live in this world. These apples does have a taste of joy! So, check it out.

I happened to have posted the karaoke version right before,(I'm glad I've found it, though!) So here comes the link. Please copy and paste. I learned that this song was a PR song for KRC( Kawloon Railway Company)? in 2007. It looks so happy and bright, which is the oposit from what people said about how KRC used to be. Quite unrealistic. Of course, nobody dance on the subway. Could be insane...anyway, enjoy the song! I love it!!!

Don't you think they kind of look similar?? Well, Aya Ueto is a Japanese actress, well known for a member of Softbank 'White family'. Compare to Joey Yung, a Cantonese calismatic superstar singer.

A wonderful time with my Cantonese friends.

I had such a busy weekend, but managed to do everything what I wanted to do. But, the most special close up event was, the visit to my Cantonese friend's flat, to have Cantonese song text taught. I wanted to sing Hong Kong pops by Joey Yung. She's a wonderful, and pretty Singer, who is very talented and calismatic. I picked the words in advance and let them listen how I managed so far. They said, I got most of parts, like 75% maybe? But I wasn't able to pick some 'ngo' or 'dig' part, and my friends kindly taught me how to read it correctly. I taught my friend 'Sakura Iro' by Angela Aki's song, to sing in Japanese.

We had a lovely dinner followed by. I managed to make Nikujaga for 4 portion, which I thought it was a great idea. I wanted to bring something Japanese. My friend fixed delicious shrimp dish, and her guest brought Cantonese noodles from her restaurant. I wish I had taken its photo, since it all seemed very nice!!! I'm glad I had time to do those shopping, and cooking within such a demanding tight schedule. So, this convinces like, when it's right to happen, it happens!!!:)This was what I made.



My friend introduced me such a great friend of her's, and I'm so glad I met her! We enjoyed talking to each other! She used to live in Tokyo but she's now back to Hong Kong based resident, but I hope we meet again very soon when she comes to Tokyo next time. :)

Also, what we discussed that night, was they encouraged me to accomplish those songs and make You Tube Video and let the world listen to my singing! what a brilliant idea, isn't it??? Perhaps oneday I might be able to become a star in Hong Kong??? You never know. So exciting, indeed!!! Such a big dream.. but I really got encouranged that I'm aiming to do that in the near future! I'll let you know you guys, when the clip is ready. I'm soooooo thrilled!!! Also, I hope I have a chance to travel Hong Kong in the near future. I haven't been there for more than 10 years? Yes, I'm very ambitious to make this dream come true. Please keep your fingers crossed, my friends! Thanks. :)

My process of cooking Minestrone Soup

Chop veggies to pieces, and make meat balls, having salt, pepper, kumin, a bit of soy sause mixed ready.


Stir fry onions, red pepper, meat balls with olive oil. Once nicely fried a bit, put the rest of veggies, and put water. A while later, ad knorr soup broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, kumin and put half of minced Italian tomato. See how it taste and add sometimes and add some needed seasoning.including a bit of soy sause.


My kitchen could be very clean, after cooking has done. I clean the mess, at the same time, when my hands are free.

My new friend took me to an interesting cafe called Tokyo Wonder Site', where I would like to feature as for today's topic. The place seems quite artistic, and my friend and I had nice tea. One of the impressive parts was that place had two beautiful Mac computers, the service was actually included, once you ordered either meal, or drinks. I don't really want to speak this out loud, since I thought it was quite awesome!hehe. The atmosphere were pretty modern, nice but it's in Tokyo, Japan, it is likely to have smokers sit near by you. But i enjoyed the pleasant company with my new friend.

Today's Spot Light: Brad Pit/ Talantino will be the guest for Bistro Smap on Fuji TV, 16 Nov from 22-22:55

Bistro Smap could be one of the expenssive shows on Fuji TV, having gorgeous guests all the time, once a week on Monday evening. This is the show, which SMAP(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMAP)gives cooking tournament, fixing full course dish for star guests had requested, or something that they like, having researched in advance. They team up by two/ two and they seem to make awesome dishes!!! I've seen Hugh Grant, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Steven Spilberg,and many other Hollywood stars and Japanese TV stars, models etc. and other hot idols all over the world. TV stars and lots of celebrities came to the show. It's one of my favourite TV shows. And for this week's guests will be Brat Pit and C.Talantino. They've mentioned that both find the both food are too good to choose. Check it out. :)
